Job summary

Accurate Home Care in Minnesota is seeking a Private Duty Nurse (LPN) to deliver adult and pediatric nursing care in the patient’s home. This role emphasizes one-on-one care with flexible 8- to 12-hour shifts and a starting pay of $27.00/hour, plus a benefits package.

You will implement the nursing process, communicate with physicians and the care team, and support patients with tasks from tracheostomy care to wound management. An LPN license in MN, English fluency, and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minnesota.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English.
• BLS CPR certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross renewal frequencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in patients' homes, including adult and pediatric care.
• Implement nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate with physician and other care team members regarding patient health status.
• Deliver a range of cares from tracheostomy and ventilator care to feeding tubes, wound care and seizure management.
