Job summary

Accurate Home Care in Minnesota seeks a Private Duty Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one adult and pediatric nursing care in patients' homes. The role offers flexible 8-12 hour shifts, competitive pay starting at $27.00 per hour, and a path to CEUs while contributing to meaningful, independent living.

You will apply the nursing process, coordinate with physicians and the care team, and perform skills from feeding tubes to wound care.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in Minnesota.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Experience with nursing processes and critical care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Implement the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Communicate with physicians and the care team regarding patient health status.
• Provide home-based nursing care including tracheostomy/ventilators, feeding tubes, wound care, and seizure management.
