Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide one-on-one home health care in Shelbyville, KY for pediatric and adult patients. Day, evening, and night shifts are available, with weekend options and both full-time and part-time positions.

Pay is hourly and varies by schedule, experience, and patient needs. Responsibilities include using the nursing process, assessing patients, and documenting care, while maintaining safety and quality at all times.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN/LVN license in Kentucky.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray is required.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyzes, and documents data and information from health care members and communicates nursing diagnoses.

Salary: $30 - $35 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work 1-on-1 with pediatric and or adult patients in their homes. Weekends, full-time, and part-time positions available for day, evening, and/or night shifts. This position is located in Shelbyville, KY.

Pay depends on schedule, experience, and the skills required per patient.
