Qualifications

• Graduate of LPN program with NYS licensure and registration.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks efficiently in a team environment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and clinical compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient healthcare data systematically and ongoing using appropriate assessment techniques.
• Administer medications, including injections, following clinical guidelines.
• Maintain patient flow and ensure charts are ready for physician review with relevant lab results.
• Communicate clearly with patients and licensed providers regarding care and treatment.
