Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of LPN program with NYS licensure and registration.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity required.
• Completion of required annual competencies (fire safety, HIPAA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist RN in patient care and safety per NYS scope.
• Check vital signs and collect specimens as needed.
• Administer medications and injections per guidelines.
• Maintain charting and ensure timely patient flow.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient experience.
