Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participates in patient centered quality and performance improvement programs.
• Maintains current LPN knowledge and competence.
• Collects patient data and vital signs.
• Performs phlebotomy and ECG as needed.
• Administers medications per guidelines.
• Maintains patient flow and assists with charting for physician encounters.
• Communicates with patients and the care team respectfully and professionally.
• Supports nursing staff and providers in care delivery and safety initiatives.
