Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid. Position Summary This position provides on-site nursing support for the Adult Psychiatry program. The primary role would be to room patients for the psychiatric providers (getting vitals, etc.) and to provide assistance after the appointments as needed. This position would primarily support a teleprovider who is out of state, but whose patients all come in person to the clinic for their video telehealth appointments. Being able to coordinate between the provider and administrative staff would be expected to assist with the flow of the appointments scheduled. Location Coon Rapids, MN Schedule Part-time, one day per week (Wednesday only) from 8:15am to 4:45pm. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current Minnesota LPN license Experience in a behavioral health or clinic setting Preferred Qualifications Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations Experience with Electronic Health Record systems As an essential healthcare provider, Canvas Health follows all local, state, and federal guidelines regarding COVID-19 precautions.
