UPMC is inviting a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join the Ob/Gyn team in Lititz, PA as a full-time outpatient triage nurse. The schedule runs Monday–Friday with varied hours, and no weekends or holidays.

A sign-on bonus is offered for both graduate and experienced LPNs, with growth opportunities, PTO accrual, and a supportive team environment. The recently renovated office features dedicated triage workspace and convenient free parking.

• Comply with requirements of appropriate regulatory agencies (i.e. OSHA, CLIA, PA Department of Health).
• Administer medications including oral, SQ, IM and IV drip.
• Assist physicians with examinations, diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Assess patient's general condition and take vital signs and weight.
• Comply with all policies and procedures.
• Perform IV therapy under direction of Registered Nurse.
• Document all activities/interventions, patient/family responses, medication dispensed/prescribed, etc., in the medical record.

Hours/Shift: This is a full-time triage position working Monday through Friday. The schedule includes three days per week from 7:45am to 4:30pm, one day from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, and one extended day from 7:30am to 6:30pm - No weekends or holidays!

This role offers Graduate LPN's and Experienced LPN's a Sign-On Bonus!
