Graduation from an accredited LPN program and current state licensure are required; CPR is preferred. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct or indirect nursing care to patients who present with urgent, emergency, or potential health problems; utilizes knowledge of basic nursing principles, practices and ethics; participates in the organization and management of the physician's practice.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Graduation certificate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program, required
• Current state licensure, required
• CPR certification, preferred
