Job summary

Hattiesburg Clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver direct or indirect nursing care to patients presenting with urgent, emergency, or potential health problems. You will apply basic nursing principles, practices and ethics in a busy outpatient setting.

The role supports the physician's practice management and requires strong documentation, discretion, and teamwork. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; current state licensure is required, CPR certification

Qualifications

• LPN must have graduation certificate from an accredited LPN program.
• Current state licensure required.
• CPR certification preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct or indirect nursing care to patients who present with urgent, emergency, or potential health problems; utilizes knowledge of basic nursing principles, practices and ethics; participates in the organization and management of the physician's practice.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Graduation certificate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program, required
• Current state licensure, required
• CPR certification, preferred
