The Licensed Practical Nurse reports to the Outpatient Clinic Manager. Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse performs multi-skilled activities to support a decentralized patient-centered approach to patient care and achieve desired outcomes. Assists in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician. Interviews patients, measures vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height), and records or inputs information to patients' medical record. Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients.

New Pediatric Afterhours Clinic Opening Dec 1st. We are excited to share that our team is relocating from the 2nd floor of Beaufort Memorial Hospital (BMH) to the new multispecialty clinic at 700 Buckwalter Towne Blvd, 2nd Floor, Bluffton, SC 29910. This modern facility will house multiple clinics and specialties, offering expanded space, updated exam rooms, and improved workflows to enhance both patient care and team collaboration.
Hours: Two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend. Example schedule: Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM Wednesday: 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM Saturday: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM Rotating holidays required.
