UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for on-site, 24 hours per week in Leominster, MA. The part-time role requires MA LPN licensure with BLS certification and med-surg experience preferred.

Schedule includes Tue, Wed, Fri 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, no weekends or holidays, in a non-exempt health-clinic setting with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The position reports to the Nurse Director and involves nursing process, delegation, and coordination of patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current LPN license in Massachusetts (BORN).
• BLS certification required upon hire or during orientation.
• 1+ year of medical-surgical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care for assigned patients using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with staff, physicians, and administration.
• Document accurately and timely in the patient record.
• Communicate effectively with patients and family.
• Assist in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety.
