Qualifications

• Must possess a Missouri LPN license or the ability to obtain one.
• Experience in corrections is not required.

Overview

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, responding to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Shift: Full‑Time Day Shift; 6:30a.m. – 7:00p.m., 3 shifts per week, with every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000 (available for a limited time)

Pay Range: $29–$35 per hour + shift differential, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Missouri LPN license or ability to obtain one
• Current CPR certification
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screening and criminal background check
