Job summary

Tanner is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for wound care on the day shift at our Carrollton, GA clinic. The role involves supporting physicians with patient assessments, planning, interventions and evaluations.

In addition to direct patient care, you will assist with day-to-day clinical operations and ensure adherence to licensing and CPR requirements.

Qualifications

• Must maintain high degree of confidentiality.
• Must possess the cognitive ability to understand patient's medical records, physician's orders and medical orders to be communicated to patient, hospital and/or other physician.
• Must possess the sense of discipline to work in accordance with accepted clinical standards.
