Job summary

Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for residents in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. Shifts are 12 hours, with day or night options, and we offer recognition meals, advancement opportunities, and free uniforms.

Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), taking vital signs, and coordinating with physicians, NPs, families, and CNAs. Current Tennessee LPN license is required.
