Job summary

Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility. You will perform medication administration, take vital signs, provide resident care, and coordinate with physicians, NPs and families in SNF and long-term care units. We offer 12-hour shifts, days or nights.

• Experience in SNF/long-term care settings preferred.
