Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Estill Springs, TN is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for residents in our skilled nursing and long-term care units, including med administration and vital signs. You will coordinate with physicians and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
