Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Pelham, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team on 12-hour shifts, days or nights. The role includes medication administration, vital signs, and resident care with outcome monitoring.
