Job summary

Hilltop Health and Rehab, part of the Ascent Healthcare Management family, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift. You will provide bedside care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support residents’ comfort and health needs.

This role offers night hours (7:00 pm – 7:00 am), daily pay options, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Strong training and a positive work environment are highlighted in our benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN or RN license in NC.
• Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
• Exceptional staff training and customer service skills.
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and administer medications.
• Take vital signs and document readings.
• Assist with resident comfort and quality of life.
• Prepare and administer injections and enemas as needed.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters.
• Provide wound care and dressing changes.
• Coach and support other staff as necessary.

Shift details:

• 7:00 pm - 7:00 am, 11pm-7am available

What you will do:

• Provide bedside care. Administer medications and document therapeutic effects
• Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration)
• Assist with resident comfort
• Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas
• Collect samples and monitor catheters
• Provide wound care
• Help coach staff as necessary

What you need to have:

• Willingness to make a difference!
