Job summary

Elevate Health and Rehab in North Carolina is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a day-shift role. The position offers daily pay options, track availability, and a supportive, resident-centered work culture.

You will provide bedside care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with resident comfort while upholding high standards of nursing practice. An active NC LPN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• LPN license active in NC required.
• CPR and First Aid certification current.
• Vaccination proof required on start.
• Associate degree (ADN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and administer medications with documentation.
• Take and record vital signs (temp, BP, pulse, respiration).
• Assist with resident comfort and daily activities.
• Prepare and administer injections as ordered.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters.
• Provide wound care and dressings.
• Assist with coaching staff and teamwork.

What you will do:

• Provide bedside care. Administer medications and document therapeutic effects

• Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration)

• Assist with resident comfort

• Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas

• Collect samples and monitor catheters

• Provide wound care

• Help coach staff as necessary

What you need to have:

• Willingness to make a difference!

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing preferred

• Up to date first aid and CPR certification

• Current LPN license in NC

• Exceptional staff training and customer service skills

• Compassionate and friendly demeanor
