Presbyterian SeniorCare Network’s Westminster Place in Oakmont, PA seeks an LPN Supervisor to lead the care team on the 7 PM–7:30 AM shift, including Saturdays and Sundays. You will administer medications, monitor treatments, and maintain health records to ensure quality care for residents.

This full-time, hourly role offers a $36.50/hour rate plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support caregivers and their families.

Formación

• Valid Practical Nurse License in good standing.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor supports the individualized service plan for residents by providing leadership and supervision in care community, administering medications, observing treatments, maintaining current health profiles to ensure quality of care and assisting residents with personal hygiene and activities of daily living while promoting independence as necessary or as directed.

Requirements for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor:

• Hold a valid, current Practical Nurse License in good standing.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.
