Job summary

Presbyterian SeniorCare Network seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Manchester Commons in Erie, PA. This full-time role operates on 12-hour shifts within a dementia-friendly community, offering a premium weekend program rate of $33.00 per hour plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

The LPN will coordinate and support individualized service plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality care for residents. Current PA LPN license required; dementia care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Practical Nurse License in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Experience as a licensed nurse preferred.
• Experience in Personal Care or Assisted Living preferred.
• Knowledge of DHS regulations preferred.
• Dementia care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support individualized service plans for residents.
• Supervise and provide leadership to community team members to ensure quality of care.
