Job summary

Join Interim HealthCare Inc. as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing patient-centered, in-home care. You will deliver 1:1 nursing support, monitor vitals, perform assessments, and coordinate with the supervising RN to ensure safe, quality care in patients’ homes.

As a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse, a big-picture view of your job responsibilities includes:
