Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1, patient-centered home health care. You will deliver compassionate, at-home nursing services and work under an RN supervisor to support safety and independence for clients and families.

Eligible candidates hold an accredited LPN program grad, Florida license, and have at least 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in home health. The role offers autonomy, flexible shifts, and opportunities for CEUs and growth.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• TB test required.
• Background check required.
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide fundamental home-based care to patients with chronic illness or disease.
• Take patient vitals, perform assessments, document progress and report changes to RN supervisor.
• Educate family on the patient’s plan of care, medication and home safety.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide fundamental home-based care to patients with chronic illness or disease

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN license in Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience, ideally in home healthcare
• CPR certification, TB test, Background check
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
• Clinical proficiency in nursing, strong communication skills and compassion

Preferred Experience

• Previous professional experience with G-tube, Tracheostomy, and Ventilator
