Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Manchester Commons in Erie, PA. This casual, hourly, non-exempt role focuses on coordinating individualized service plans and guiding the care team to deliver high-quality resident care.

The position requires a current PA LPN license, CPR, and prior nursing experience; dementia care experience and knowledge of DHS regulations are preferred.

Competenze

• Current, valid Practical Nurse License in good standing from the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience as a licensed nurse preferred.
• Experience in Personal Care or Assisted Living preferred.
• Knowledge of DHS regulations preferred.
• Dementia care experience preferred.

Starting pay: $25.50/hour - $33.00/hour; depending on shift and experience

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for coordinating and supporting the individualized service plans for community residents. The role supervises, and provides leadership and direction to, community team members to ensure quality of care and services are provided.
