Compensation from$32 - $35/Hour - (based upon experience) - PLUS additional shift Differential

Additional clinical premiums for experience!

Status/Shift: Full Time and Part Time Evening and nights; Rotating Weekends and Holidays

$3000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time

$1500 Sign on Bonus for Part Time

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse licensure (LPN) required
• One year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred

• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Performs resident assessments.
• Participates in daily resident rounding.
• May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
