What Will You Do in This Role?

As an LPN, you will ensure the delivery of efficient nursing care, achieve positive clinical outcomes, and promote resident/family satisfaction in accordance with standards of practice, regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of the state Nurse Practice Act, oversee resident care, assign staff, mentor and educate nursing personnel, and collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals.

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic, and positive personality
• Active and in good standing LPN license in the state of practice
• Prior experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings preferred
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
