Qualifications:

As an LPN, you will provide exceptional nursing care following our policies and procedures. You will receive comprehensive training, support, tools, and equipment. Our team, including Charge Nurses, RN Supervisors, Directors of Nursing, and Administrators, will support you daily.

Responsibilities:

1. Enhance residents’ clinical care and quality of life while protecting their rights
2. Prepare and administer medications as ordered
3. Check residents daily to ensure proper treatment and evaluate their physical and emotional status
4. Keep the RN Supervisor informed about residents and staff
5. Implement changes as directed by supervisors
6. Perform professional services like catheterization, dressing changes, specimen collection, etc., per policies
7. Complete required documentation upon resident admission, transfer, or discharge
8. Report during shift changes
9. Investigate complaints and grievances, report findings
10. Present a professional image to residents and families, adhere to policies
