What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN, you will ensure the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act, responsible for resident care, staff assignments, mentoring, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals during your shift.

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic, and positive personality
• Active, in-good-standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Prior experience in LTC / SNF / AL / MC settings preferred
