What Will You Do in This Role?

As an LPN, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring resident and family satisfaction. You will operate within the scope of the state Nurse Practice Act, oversee resident care, assign staff, mentor and educate nursing personnel, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals during your shift.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic, and positive personality
• Active, in-good-standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Previous experience in LTC / SNF / AL / MC settings is preferred
