Lifepoint Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care under RN supervision. You will administer medications, assist with assessments, and support the interdisciplinary care plan to meet patient needs.

Responsibilities include delegating care under policy, educating patients and families, and contributing to quality improvement efforts while maintaining patient safety and compassionate care across the care continuum.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
• Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.
• CPR/BLS certification required; IV Certification highly preferred or must be obtained within 6 months.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, delivering treatments, assisting in assessments, and supporting interdisciplinary care planning in accordance with the patient's needs.

Essential Functions
