Job summary

Augusta Health and Rehabilitation in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN for the AM shift on a part-time basis. Join a small, community-focused skilled nursing and assisted living campus where teamwork and knowing residents by name matter.

As an LPN/RN, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with CNAs and the rest of the care team to keep residents safe and comfortable on every shift.

Augusta Health and Rehabilitation is looking for a compassionate, dependable LPN or RN to join our nursing team on the AM shift.

Position

• Part-Time
• AM Shift
• LPN: $25.00/hr
• RN: $34.00/hr
• Every other weekend and rotating holidays
• Nursing home experience preferred, but we're happy to talk with qualified candidates

What You'll Do

As an LPN/RN, you'll provide compassionate nursing care while working closely with residents, families, CNAs, and the rest of the care team.

• Providing direct nursing care and monitoring residents' needs
• Administering medications and treatments
• Completing accurate and timely documentation
• Communicating changes in condition to the appropriate members of the care team
• Working collaboratively with CNAs and other nursing staff
• Building positive relationships with residents and families
• Helping create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for the people who call AHR home

What We're Looking For
