Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and delivery of care including medication administration, treatments, ADL care, etc., as ordered by physician and outlined in the plan of care.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure residents receive quality care.
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status.
• Maintain up-to-date medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit.
• Other tasks as required.
