AMG Specialty Hospital - Central Indiana Muncie Campus is hiring a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse for night shifts. The LPN provides direct and indirect patient care and collaborates with RNs and physicians to meet care plans.

Qualifications

• Indiana LPN licensure required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (ACLS company paid).
• 6 months to 1 year of related nursing experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per nursing care plan and policies.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to RN and physicians.
• Maintain nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform general nursing duties with supervision as needed.
• Shift differential applies to weekend shifts.

Maintain regulatory agency requirements, nursingand hospital policies, procedures and standards. Communicate withphysicians and team members about changes in patient's clinical condition,including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly andaccurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments withadequate supervision. Job Requirements

• Active Indiana LPN Licensure

• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification (company paid-obtain within 90 days of employment)
• Minimum of six months to one year or related work experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
