Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital - Central Indiana Hancock Campus is growing its nursing team in Greenfield, IN. The LPN provides direct and indirect patient care, follows established policies, and coordinates with RNs and physicians to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.

We offer full-time day shifts with higher hourly pay and benefits including ESOP participation. Requirements: active Indiana LPN licensure, current BLS, ACLS (company-paid within 90 days), and 6–12 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana LPN licensure required and valid nursing license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification (company-paid within 90 days).
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of related nursing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care per individualized care plans.
• Document care and observations in the electronic health record.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to RN and physicians promptly.

The LPN provides direct and indirect patient careservices that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care;meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care thatreflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations,under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Maintain regulatory agencyrequirements, nursing and hospital policies, procedures and standards.Communicate with physicians and team members about changes in patient's clinicalcondition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respondquickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments withadequate supervision.
