Job summary

Hendrix Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents. You will work alongside RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other care team members to support individualized plans of care.

The role emphasizes medication administration, direct patient care, documentation, and collaboration with the care team in a PRN, flexible scheduling environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license.
• Strong clinical and medication administration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Provide direct nursing care and assist residents as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized plans of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards.
