Responsibilities include communicating compassionately with residents and families, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate care documentation.

We offer a $4,000 sign-on for full-time, $2,000 for part-time, daily Tap Check pay, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license from the state.
• Strong clinical and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with LPN duties.
