Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking an actively licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Massachusetts to support clients in recovery from substance use disorders.

The role requires working across Orange and Greenfield locations, providing basic medical care, health monitoring, and medication management while maintaining detailed nursing notes. Experience with substance use programs and knowledge of ethics and legal parameters regarding care for SUD clients are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Active LPN licensure in MA is required.
  • Experience working with substance use disorder programs is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of ethics and legal parameters when caring for substance abuse clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic medical care, health monitoring, and medication management for clients in recovery from substance use disorders.
  • Maintain accurate nursing notes, med logs, incident reports, and progress notes.
  • Document communication with providers, referrals, and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with case managers, primary care providers, outpatient treatment centers, and mental health professionals.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with clinical and recovery staff.
  • Help maintain a structured, safe, and recovery-oriented environment.

Here’s what you will do:

Who you are:

Active licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration (required). Experience with substance use disorder programs. Working knowledge of ethics and legal parameters of working with substance abuse clients (preferred).

PAY: $43.00 per hour THIS POSITION REQUIRES COVERING ORANGE AND GREENFIELD
