Job summary

Sisters of Mercy of the Americas in Omaha, NE seek compassionate LPNs for per-diem coverage at Mercy Convent. You will provide direct nursing care per care plan, supervise caregivers, and manage assessments and medication administration.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care per care plan and physician orders
• Supervise and support caregivers during assigned shifts
• Complete assessments, vitals, documentation, and medication administration
• Respond promptly to Sisters’ needs and any changes in condition
• Maintain a safe, clean environment; follow all safety and infection-control protocols
• Communicate clearly with the DON/RCA, team members, and Sisters

What We’re Looking For

• Active LPN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs and meet general physical demands
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Current LPN license in good standing; CPR/BLS

certified; minimum one year of geriatric nursing
