We are hiring dedicated, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide resident-focused, quality care for elder Franciscan sisters.

This is a casual/per diem nurse position covering all shifts at a convent home for Franciscan sisters in Buffalo (Pine Ridge and Doat Street, Cheektowaga area, near Vill Maria College campus).

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to elder Franciscan sisters, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Manage multiple priorities and oversee Nurse Aides to deliver high-quality care.
• Assist with medication distribution, maintain narcotic and resident records, and perform charting duties.
• Collaborate with all departments to support the religious life of sisters and foster a warm, caring environment. Engage in meaningful interactions daily to ensure sister satisfaction and a thriving community.

Education and Experience:

• Current LPN license in the state where the facility is located.
• License in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
