Duties

Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature.
Administering medications and injections as needed.
Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required.
Helping residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements

Must be able to work as a team member.
Valid LPN license.
In good standing with State Registry.
