Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in New Jersey seeks Transition Licensed Practical Nurses to support infants and children at home across Burlington County. The role requires pediatric trach and vent experience, including clients from infant to 21 years old, and involves traveling to patient homes as part of the float team.

You will deliver high-quality care, and provide extensive training to the ongoing BAYADA care team. Full-time or part-time scheduling with daytime and overnight options is available.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in good standing.
• Pediatric trach/vent experience required (NICU/PICU or home care).
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Ability to educate and train BAYADA care teams.
• Commitment to an ongoing schedule, including at least 1 shift per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home-based pediatric care to clients from infant to 21 years.
• Provide extensive training to the BAYADA care team to ensure consistent care.
• Travel across Burlington County to client homes as needed.

This position does require pediatric trach and vent experience (including clients from infant to 21 years old). As part of the float team, you will will be responsible for delivering quality care to clients and providing extensive training to the ongoing care team.

Qualifications for Transition Licensed Practical Nurses:

• Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• NICU, PICU, or home care trach/vent experience required
• Achieve a passing score on high-tech Pediatric simulations.
• Hold current CPR certification
• Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
• Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule (including a commitment of 1 shift per week is acceptable)
• Ability to travel throughout Burlington County

Pay: $29 to 45 per hour
