Team Select Home Care is currently hiring Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in the following counties:
Cumberland, Columbus, Brunswick, Bladen, & Robeson

LPN Position Details and Responsibilities:

• Review, initiate, and implement care plans in accordance with the client's needs.
• Provide one-on-one direct nursing care in the home with medically complex clients of all ages.
• Medication management & administration.
• Monitor vital signs & medical equipment.
• Perform physician-ordered interventions, such as tracheostomy or ventilator care when applicable.
• Educate clients and families while providing companionship and emotional support.
• Conduct regular assessments, charting any client changes in condition, progress, & care needs & notifying the DON accordingly.
• Assist with other total care nursing duties.
• Make independent clinical decisions when necessary.

Shift Options:
Evenings, Overnights, Weekends when available, FT, PT, & PRN available with most clients, 6-12-hour shifts.

LPN Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current, unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year Nursing Experience.
• BLS Certification.
• Pediatric experience (preferred, but not required).
• High acuity, Trach/Vent experience (preferred, but not required).

Pay: $30-$32 per hour
