Qualifications

• Oversees medication distribution per physician orders, ensuring resident safety and compliance with medication management procedures.

• Fosters communication among physicians, healthcare providers, and family about residents' physical, mental, and social well‑being.
• Contributes to quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Engages in ongoing learning through seminars, staff meetings, and other training opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees medication distribution as stated on physician orders, ensuring strict adherence to Community medication management documentation and procedure, and demonstrating steadfast dedication to resident safety
• Upon thorough assessment, creates personalized service plans tailored to individual care needs while championing resident independence and dignity
• Cultivates communication between physicians, healthcare providers, and family, fostering an effective exchange of communication pertaining to the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents
• Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experience

Qualifications:
