Reflections Retirement Community in Whitestown, IN is seeking a part-time LPN to oversee medication distribution, coordinate care plans, and support resident safety. This role requires current LPN licensure and CPR certification, plus strong communication with physicians, staff, residents, and families.

• Upon thorough assessment, creates personalized service plans tailored to individual care needs while championing resident independence and dignity.
• Cultivates communication between physicians, healthcare providers, and family, fostering an effective exchange of communication pertaining to the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents.
• Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experience.
