Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in Arizona.
• Home Health experience or similar setting.
• Willingness to be trained in Ultramist technology.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient locations.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform UltraMist wound care treatments according to the plan of care.
• Remove and reapply wound dressings as directed.
• Document treatment sessions accurately and thoroughly.
• Communicate with the supervising NP regarding patient progress and concerns.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care management.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform UltraMist wound care treatments according to the plan of care provided by the supervising Nurse Practitioner.
• Remove and reapply appropriate wound care dressings according to the plan of care.
• Document treatment sessions accurately and thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively with the supervising NP regarding patient progress and any concerns.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care management as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Arizona.
• Must have Home Health experience or similar.
• Valid AZ Driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Experience with wound care and willingness to be trained in Ultramist technology.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient locations (if applicable).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
