Innovative Wound Solutions is dedicated to providing the highest quality of advanced wound care in the home setting. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to perform mobile wound care treatments under the plan of care established by a Nurse Practitioner.

This specific position will be servicing Northern Arizona: Prescott Valley/Verde Valley/Cottonwood. This role is perfect for a nurse looking for schedule flexibility and autonomy with opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in Arizona.
• Home Health experience or similar setting.
• Willingness to be trained in Ultramist technology.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient locations.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Perform UltraMist wound care treatments according to the plan of care.
• Remove and reapply wound dressings as directed.
• Document treatment sessions accurately and thoroughly.
• Communicate with the supervising NP regarding patient progress and concerns.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care management.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
