Innovative Wound Solutions in the Salt Lake City area is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to perform mobile wound care under the plan of care established by a Nurse Practitioner.

This role offers schedule flexibility and bonus potential, with travel to patient locations and a focus on infection control, patient education, and high-quality wound care delivery.

Competenze

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in Utah.
• Home Health experience or similar.
• Valid UT driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Experience with wound care, wound VACs, and willingness to be trained in UltraMist technology.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient locations.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Wound Vac Certification or verifiable experience.

Mansioni

• Perform UltraMist wound care treatments according to the plan of care by the supervising NP.
• Remove and reapply wound care dressings per the plan of care.
• Document treatment sessions accurately.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to perform mobile wound care treatments under the plan of care established by a Nurse Practitioner. This specific position will be servicing the Salt Lake City area. This role is perfect for a nurse looking for schedule flexibility and bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Perform UltraMist wound care treatments according to the plan of care provided by the supervising Nurse Practitioner.
• Remove and reapply appropriate wound care dressings according to the plan of care.
• Document treatment sessions accurately and thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively with the supervising NP regarding patient progress and any concerns.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care management as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
