Compassus in Wisconsin is seeking a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support patient recovery at home, helping clients stay independent and enjoy time with their loved ones. You will educate families on disease management, coordinate with physicians and care teams, and deliver compassionate, evidence-based home health care.
