Ascension at Home, together with Compassus, is hiring a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Kokomo, Indiana. You will support patients to recover at home and spend quality time with loved ones, with flexible scheduling and a family-oriented culture.

The role requires a Practical Nursing diploma, an active LPN license, current CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. Home health experience is preferred. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.
